Situated along Mount Road in Chennai, ITC Grand Chola is 8 km from the Chennai International Airport. It features 11 dining options and an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Room is very big. The style is a bit old fashioned in luxurious way, but all good. Breakfast has more types of food you could possibly hope for. For dinner you have multiple options. The pricing is not cheap by Indian standards, but normal compared to regular western rates.

The 5-star Park Hyatt Chennai features a spa with rooftop infinity pool and fitness centre offering panoramic city views and views of the Guindy Forest Reserve. The complimentary breakfast from Park Brasserie Cafe was good. The pre-made menu was a delight; we had the rice bowl, avocado toast and eggs. All food items were delicious, and the scenery of water lilies was beautiful. Jana from housekeeping responded to our request and made our rooms lovely by making an origami elephant with towels and keeping fresh flowers in our room, which was a nice addition. The housekeeping replaced our poor quality toothbrushes with a better quality toothbrush; still, even that one was of mediocre quality. Please provide better toothbrushes to your guests.

The hospitality of all staff namely the GM, Mr. Guru, Dinesh, Najmi, Murshid and not to forget Dolly who made our stay even better. Infact, we were deeply touched by the caring attitude of everyone at Ramada Plaza. Thank you GM for being there and assisting us through our stay. The best experience we had. GM, you are a gem.
