Very nice small hotel in a historic villa house, in a splendid and very calm neighborhood. Extremely nice and kind hosts. You feel like being at your friends house. Parking available on the street around the corner, and all locations including harbour, seafront and Duval street in easy walking distance.

I have three criteria: the shower/bathroom, the bed and the staff/reception welcome. All of them were fabulous at the Hotel and Marina Perry.

The property is very well maintained, it is cozy and comfortable and the owners truly care about your stay. It was great to stay in a place where people care about how you feel and are thoughtful to give you tips about the city and what to do during your visit. It made our experience a very pleasant trip.

This Key West inn is 4 minutes’ walk from the Ernest Hemingway House and Museum. Guests of the Almond Tree Inn - Adults Only will enjoy an outdoor pool with a hot tub and a daily continental... rooms were clean and breakfast was great too
