Amazing room with walkin shower and a nice balcony. Everything was clean and we found all we needed. The staff was helpful and easy-going. We liked the breakfast that had everything we needed, great coffee, pancakes and fresh fruit. We can recommend staying here

OMG! We’ve travelled extensively and this guesthouse has been one of the (if not the best) experiences we’ve ever had. The guesthouse itself is beautiful, with rooms and dining/breakfast offering a postcard view of the mountains. We literally couldn’t believe the view when we arrived. The rooms are modern, and have everything you need. It’s located about 10 mins drive from the main town/hikes in Theth, so it’s in a super peaceful location but still easily accessible for everything there is to do in Theth. The best part about the guesthouse is the staff, the dinners, the thoughtfulness and effort the family and staff put in to everything they do. The breakfasts are exceptional and the dinners (so much option) are literally made with love by the Mama of the family and everything we had was SO delicious. We can’t thank you guys enough for the whole experience. Thank you Mary, Gjon, Mama, the two cats and dog and the all the staff for making us feel a part of the family - we can’t wait to return.

Great location, wonderful views, wide terrace, good breakfast and you can have a good dinner, too. It is a bit above the valley which we saw as a big plus as it is very quiet. A car helps but you can hike up from Theth, too. The owner family is very friendly.

The hospitality of the lady managing property affairs was phenomenal. Very homely feeling, and everything was designed to work. Just a but outside main Village to give a secluded feel yet near enough so that you can access Village (10 min walk, 2 min drive). Near Grunas Waterfall trail. Breakfast was so good and so fresh. It just seemed that every day, she put additional efforts to make sure that breakfast was perfect. Easy parking Amazing place

Lovely guest house! Beautiful family running it. We stayed 2 nights and the location is stunning! Beds are comfy. Freshly cooked traditional breakfast in the morning, so good! We also paid for dinner one night (organise earlier in the day, 15euro adult/10euro for kids) and it was also amazing. Stayed here with our 3 young kids and it was perfect for a couple of day hikes. One thing to note, we came from Shkoder and it’s a 45 minute walk uphill to the guesthouse from where the bus drops you (faster without kids). We got a taxi (it’s very rocky uphill so more suited to 4WD) to take us up for 20 euro, as our kids were ratty. Otherwise to and from guesthouse to Theth village, was actually a lovely walk (without backpacks).

The Guest house is a stunning property and ran by the friendliest people I’ve come across in Albania. I am gluten free and they let me prepare food to take out with me on the hike and were very accommodating adapting the breakfast to my diet.
