The hosts were so kind and welcoming despite the slight language barrier. The food was some of the best I’ve had in Albania and lots of it ready for my hike, they even woke up early so I could have breakfast before I set off. The view is incredible as well and such a cozy room.

The guy who served us was very polite and nice. He offered us free things a few times. But we were there on Saturday and there was a party, which we didn't like. Also the other customers were very noisy. They kept us awake. While the rest was very ok from the owners of the house

The location was perfect for Valbone. We stayed for one night before doing the hike to Theth and our bus from the ferry dropped us at the door. If you’re doing the hike it’s about a 5km walk to the start of the hike - some people get shuttles from other hotels that you can jump into. Breakfast was great and we also had lunch in the restaurant at the hotel. Stunning views from all around.

Excellent + This is the best place to stay if you’re going to do Valbone-Theth hike as it is located very close to its starting point. The house has a nice balcony with an amazing views of the Valbone valley. The room was clean and very cosy. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The garden was absolutely beautiful, so peaceful and well-kept, it really added to the charm of the place. The food was amazing, full of flavor and made with care. Lovely family, clean room, amazing views and great lunch and dinner! The hosts were kind enough to book me a car to the beginning of the Valbone to Theth hiking trail and gave me a packed lunch in lieu of the breakfast that I missed because I was setting out to do the hike. Can’t recommend this homestay enough.
