Feel at home in Fuschl am See – find your kind of guest house

Exceptionally high standard of finish throughout, this apartment far exceeded our expectations. It is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It's hard to describe how lovely it is, I don't think the pictures on the listing do it justice. The apartment is located on the top floor of this guest house. We were just 2 people but it's prefect for a family of 4. Large master bedroom with king bed which was very comfy, 2nd smaller twin bedroom ~ both rooms with blackout blinds and plenty of high quality finish furniture; large bathroom with rear wet room with 2 shower heads (!), large sink with 2 sets of taps, 2 heated towel rails and separate toilet. Moving to the lounge kitchen diner, this is one lovely big space with a picture window overlooking the surrounding countryside with a view to the lake from the balcony. The kitchen is small but has a lot of equipment (note no oven but there is the hob, and a George Foreman type grill). The dining area is spacious with a large table and seating for 4, the lounge has a sofa, coffee table and TV. There are some games provided but these are (understandably) in German. From the balcony is a stunning outlook overlooking the lake. You have a table, 4 chairs and umbrella. It's a gorgeous location, very peaceful, not many neighbouring properties, perfect for walks or activities on the lake. Despite the rural location you're only about 20 minutes drive from Salzburg and all that it has to offer. There's also a free bus service available into the city. Because we were self catering we didn't have breakfast but could have done and the breakfast room looked lovely. Maria the host is very kind, helpful and genuine. I can't recommend her accommodation highly enough and really hope I have a reason to return one day. Thank you Maria!

The location, the breakfast the view and the quiet

The apartment had traditional Austrian decor. Located in the centre of town with easy parking. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of Austrian breads and delicacies.

Location, very friendly and helpful staff

We had the most wonderful stay at the Seepension accommodation in Mondsee. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking — we looked out directly over the serene lake and the charming docks, a scene straight out of a postcard. Our room was exquisite — spotlessly clean with tasteful decor and thoughtful details that made it feel both luxurious and cozy. Every element was clearly designed with care and attention. The host was lovely. Warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a lovelier day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for peace, beauty, and comfort in one unforgettable place!

This property is really amazing! It gives very welcoming feeling right from the parking space. The host is super nice. I had an extraordinary experience of staying. I was late for a check-in but the host was just right there to accommodate me. The room exceeded my expectations and was a real value for the price. It was spacious, clean, cozy, with a nice flowered balcony with a view to a greenery and the mountains far at the horizont. It had a kitchen (10€ per day/use), but since I booked a breakfast option, i did not use it. The kitchen was well equipped with a microwave, all necessary cutlery and plates and dishes. The bed was super comfy. The room was also equipped with a table and a small sitting corner and a chair. There was also a TV and an additional small couch beside. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of a ham/cheese/bread/sweet jam/ yoghurt etc. the host was really caring and welcoming! Highly recommend! Perfect location close to Salzburgring (just ca 20 mins on foot). Super nice for work and leisure. Helped me a lot to pass my driving exam on a Salzburgring! I think I will return for my next holidays! 💓

Staff very helpful and friendly Beautifully kept hotel in Eugenhof. Excellent evening meal with plenty of choice on the menu. Exceptional breakfast with plenty to choose from.

Location is good, the old town and city center are accessible by public transport free of charge within 10 minutes. Pension Katrin constitutes a lovely property. Room 1 although small is well equipped and decorated. Breakfast was great. The owners very professional, friendly and helpful.
