We had heard/read some average previous reviews but the host has changed. Fantastic atmosphere, old world charm, good location, very interesting history, great host full of information and history of the schloss. Breakfast was exceptional. Gerry (the Schloss dachshund) captured all our hearts! We could even swim in the nearby lake. The castle tour (including aperitif) with Herr Bauer was excellent and he shared many insights to the castle history.Guest review byKurtFamily with young children
