Close to the ski-lifts (short car drive) and immediate at the house hiking trails start. Lovely quiet area. It is around 15 mins from town, 25 mins to the gondola but I hired a ski locker near the slopes and it’s a pleasant walk in and out. I enjoyed the walk. One day I got the ski bus, 5 mins walk from pension to Fieberbrunn it took 20 mins and the ski was amazing over to saalbach I was a solo traveller skiing and it was great having half board as I didn’t have to do anything. There is an excellent ski/storage room adjacent to the apartment. The kitchen was kitted out with everything you need and the extras including larder items, dishwasher tablets, plently of kitchen clothes etc were appreciated. Very quiet location but only a 3 minute walk to the lift for skiing, hiking, or mountain biking. And a 5 minute walk to the centre of the town. Rooms were comfortable, clean and a good size and had a private balcony. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooms were very quiet and blackout curtains help for a good night sleep. We found whatever we needed for us and for our little one (a nice cot + high chair + step + some toys). The Host gave us a very pleasant welcome and was available to provide plenty of information and suggestions about restaurants and other local amenities to visit.
