Had a two night stay here. Comfy beds, clean rooms. Super flexible and friendly owners. Really helpful and accommodating with our needs. Would definitely come back.

Stuff is very friendly. We were staying for second time as we liked it already the first time. The food, specially breakfast was very good.

This hotel is by far, THE best hotel I've ever stayed in. There isn't a single thing we could find fault with. Usually there's always something, but everything about this gem of a place was beyond perfect. The hosts were exceptional, like family. The kindest and most attentive you could ever meet. I miss them already. The breakfast was extremely good. A perfect selection of meats and cheeses, jams and juices. We were also served scrambled eggs with bacon which was really tasty. Every morning there was also a little basket of gluten-free rolls for our table for me, which just made things even better. It was the attention to detail, ginger juice shots one morning, a spiced biscuit the next. The whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The room itself was very cozy, very bougie. Everything looked new! The bathroom was lovely, very modern, and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, soft yet firm with duvets and pillows to disappear into. There was also a balcony with chairs with a stunning view of the mountain and local town. There's a huge TV in there too if you need. WiFi was good. Little complimentary Haribo sweets and cute biscuits for us too. It was all so lovely. The location is easy to find, very quiet at night. Maybe a noisy church bell to wake you up in the morning but I loved that. Plenty of parking on site. Some amazing local walks available too although a lot is closed in winter. We did find a nearby waterfall though that you could walk up to even though the main path further up was closed. Highly recommend! Local eateries don't take credit cards though so make sure you've got Euro cash available! Such kind locals though. We stayed over the new year, just 2 nights and were very sad to leave. A wonderful view of the town's fireworks! We can't recommend this hotel enough. We'll be back!

We spent 3 days here. The location is amazing, quiet, you can really relax and enjoy the beauty of the nature. Hiking trials are also near and the outlook from the place is gorgeus. Hospitality was 10/10, Family Platzer is very kind, everyone is helpful. The breakfast was full with home made diary products, fresh and good quality products, while the dinner was prepared also home made and we had very delicious meals. Recommended :)

I had a fantastic stay in Tropolach! The hotel owners were incredibly welcoming, and the tasty breakfast gave me a great start to each day. The nearby ski resort catered to both beginners and more demanding skiers with its variety of slopes. Best of all, the lift was just a short walk away, making every trip up the mountain super convenient. I can’t wait to come back!
