Everything! It was delightful - warm, clean, quiet & private, being completely separate from the main house. A great breakfast was provided but I took my own food. I knew breakfast was provided but wasn't sure how good it would be. Next time, I won't need to. When I looked out my windows in the morning there were several kangaroos grazing on the lawn & there were lots of beautiful birds.

Beautifully appointed. Amazingly comfortable beds. Little extras like lovely shampoo and conditioner, a bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival, a ready to go fire pit etc. Owner even drove us to train station the next morning. Very quiet and idyllic location.

The location was great, it's located on a larger property with picnic tables you're able to access. Be aware it is immediately adjacent to another house and overlooks a play area and pool. Not a issue but worth being aware of.
