AustraliaLovely, private location overlooking the property's dam and stunning Hawley Beach. On arrival we were welcomed by our hostess Sophie and her 3 magnificent and friendly German Shepherds. Sophie is a rare gem, friendly, helpful, generous and quietly very accomplished. She's also the Nigella of Tasmania, creating fine dining offerings beautifully presented for dinner. The home and stables are sensitively decorated according to the home's period. We loved our 3 days with Sophie, the German Shepherds and Horses. We'll definitely return in the near future !

The location was quiet on beautiful setting with lovely garden. Our suite was faultless with very thoughtful decorations. Enjoyed very much the professional cooked meals using fresh local produce, especially the fabulous taste of the chilly prawns and pasta served at the conservatory.
