We spent the evening chatting over his exceptional pizza and wine. The homestead is very clean, quiet and has all the amenities. The fridge was stocked with bacon, eggs, bread and all the extras needed for breakfast. It's a great location to base a weekend in the Adelaide Hills or Barossa Valley for an adventure. The Stables cotttage is an interesting change from the ordinary. The atmosphere is relaxing, charming and cosy. We apreciated the care taken to provide a welcoming home away from home and some treats and basic supplies which were a lovely surprise.
