Hong KongMy stay at this hotel was wonderful! The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed, plus it was incredibly convenient - just steps away from the penguin beach.
But what truly amazed me was their outstanding integrity. After I checked out, I realized I'd left my treasured watch behind. I was heartbroken, thinking it was lost for good. Imagine my immense relief and gratitude when the hotel manager contacted me! Not only had they found and safely stored it, but they kindly offered to mail it back to me in Hong Kong.
The joy of getting my watch back was incredible. This genuine care and going the extra mile for a guest is truly rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you so much!
Combined with the lovely room and perfect location, I highly, highly recommend this hotel. An outstanding experience!
