The host, Valerie, was above and beyond helpful and friendly. Despite the cold weather, the property was super cozy and snug. We both had the best nights sleeps while staying too! Valerie brings a lovely breakfast to the door each morning. I am so glad we chose Joly Tiny House and not a hotel.

We've had an amazing time at Bubbles and More Guesthouse. The house was very clean and cosy, the kitchen was very well equipped and the checkin went very fast, with no issues. We want to thank again out host for her hospitality and would happily recommend this house to other families looking for a place to stay.

    The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely big with very charming decor, quite old worldy. Breakfast choices were fine for a guesthouse. It is ideally located for the old city centre, and on a little road so also quiet.

    The bed was fantastically comfortable and we slept like logs. The location was in a nice quiet residential area of Leuven, but only a short walk to the city centre, so perfect. The host we met, Joon, was really friendly and could not have been more helpful.

    We had a lovely stay at the Boutique Guesthouse Leuven this week! The location could not be more convenient - it took us less than 15 minutes by foot to get to the city center and to the Stella Artois brewery, and the train station was just a short walk away too. The room was exactly as pictured, and our experience was very well taken care of, with the property manager consistently making sure we had everything that we needed for a great stay. Would definitely recommend for a future stay!

    Very well equipped and tastefully furnished room with great attention to detail, in which you immediately feel welcome and at home. The same applies to the delicious breakfast and the very friendly host. And great location: You can walk to the city center in 15 minutes. I will gladly come again!

    A comfortable mini-apartment in a quiet street - great location for exploring Leuven. The apartment has everything you need for a few days: a nice comfortable bed, a great shower, tea and Nespresso coffee, even a complimentary half bottle of wine. Near to shops, a nice restaurant on the corner, 10 minutes walk from the center of the city. Hosts were extremely helpful with recommendations and advice on WhatsApp. A great place to come back to again!

    Magda is a wonderful, kind host. Their home is located in a very quiet, charming neighbourhood. You’ll like the cosy, comfortable room. We stayed 3 nights in a duplex room which had everything you would need. The room was impeccably clean.
