    The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh croissants and top-notch coffee among other items; the huge patio was the ideal spot for eating breakfast, with a view of the river. The location is convenient and central, but at the same time, quiet and peaceful.

    Nice and pleasant hotel. We walked everywhere. There is an outdoor music venue a couple of doors down. We didnt mind as the music was good and it ended by 11pm, but something to note if you need it quiet earlier than that. Breakfast was the standard stuff that you would find at any hot hotel breakfast. We used the laundry and that was cheap and easy.

    Location was very central, but quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable, room was spacious and luxurious; Very tastefully furnished, pleasant hosts. Breakfast delicious!

    Excellent location, very quiet area. Our room was very well equipped and furnished. The whole property was amazing and our hosts could not have been more helpful. The breakfast is excellent with a good variety. So good we are going back again .

    We loved our healthy continental breakfast. Coffee sooo good. Loved the private backyard with its amazing deck. Adults there are swings that you must try. The hosts are lovely people. The house is amazing. The new hosts are making changes to the bed and breakfast so there was some spaces we could not investigate. We will be back to check out their improvements. Love this place!!!

    This is a really lovely stately building in a somewhat secluded area very close to the downtown of Winnipeg. The host was very obliging and welcoming, even coming outside to help me with some luggage as I am dealing with arthritis issues. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet overlooking the quiet street. Everything was neat, clean, and cared for. There was a good selection for breakfast and the coffee was simply excellent due to a machine that grinded coffee beans specially for each cup. I would certainly stay there again.
