The owner is super friendly and accommodating helping at at arrival and letting us stay the last day in the room as well. Never had such friendly hosts. The value is also great. You have a much more authentic stay here than in a tourist neighborhood

Nice neighbourhood, clean, nice you can use the washer and dryer, internet is fast (120mbps), it did drop out for a couple of seconds a few times, but good enough for zoom meetings. Friendly host, comfortable beds.

Excellent place! In the middle of the nature. Many animals/birds coming in the morning. The owner is a very good chef/cook and makes delicious breakfast/dinner. The refugio is very close to the mirador/viewpoint (just 5min walking). Great place to calm down, have some great peaceful time in the nature

Only stayed here as it was close to the start of the Corremitierra half marathon but it was a good choice. They seem to have a policy of putting you in an empty dorm until they have too many guests to do that. A nice touch. The best kitchen I have used on my travels, well equipped and clean. Staff were great. D1 Supermarket just around the corner and lots of eating out choices too. It's walkable to the South Terminal (about 1/2 an hour) and Poblado metro (15 mins). Hot showers, Netflix on lounge TV, a work station area and a nice balcony overlooking the street. I would happily stay here again.
