Everything was amazing, we had an excellent stay. The room was clean, the breakfast very good and the owner super friendly and nice! Definitely recommend everyone visiting the area to stay here. Perfect place and location for a ski trip!

Lovely family penzion with breakfast. Payment is in cash upon arrival. There is a fridge in the hall on the second floor, warm room with everything needed for a short stay. Parking is near in the penzion yard. Ski area is very close as well as skiing school, down the hill you can see the center, colonada and and nice walking area.

It was very convenient for skiing because it was right next to the Cerna hora parking lot P1. By the way, if you are going to the hotel by car, take a ticket at the P1 parking lot and go out the other side (free) and it is right above. There is also a storage room in the hotel where you can store your skis, and the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Lastly, the staff were very friendly and they also run a restaurant, so we had a delicious lunch.

The weather wasn't very kind to us, but the availability of a sauna brightened up our stay. As a result, we were ready for another good walk the next day.

No staff in situ, no staff by phone nor messages. We arrived after a day of sky to a room with no towels and despite the effort to solve, no solution was provided. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the pillows are a joke. The amazing location doesn't justify the 180€ paid and the consequences of a bad stay. Wouldn't stay there even for free.
