Safe location for bikers.
There have been comments about no curtains. This is because there are electric shutters which provide excellent privacy. Button located near the windows. We liked these.

Great staff, normally it's a self-checkin hotel, but I got to meet one of the managers. I got an upgrade to a a double room (arguably a Genius program perk but much appreciated). The room had a fully equipped bathroom for the disabled, which is so rare in Germany I have to commend the host for the extra investment. Rooms are spacious and the hostel has all the facilities you need.
