The staff was extremely friendly. The location is on a hilly place, whilst that is nice, is also not easily accessible. Very easy self check-in and access if you arrive late. The owner speaks also French, which is not so common!

We stayed for one night at this charming family pension in Rottau while traveling back home from Croatia, and it was a lovely experience. The place was clean and comfortable, providing exactly what we needed for a restful stopover. Although the pension’s restaurant was closed on the day we arrived, the host was incredibly helpful and directed us to a nearby restaurant, which turned out to be a great choice. The next morning, we enjoyed a good breakfast in the pension’s restaurant, which set us up nicely for the rest of our journey.
