It is not an alternative to a hotel. It is far away from a hotel. It is maybe kind of a guest house. The room was not clean and very small, and not at the same location as the reception. In the room we found a lot of bugs that were traveling on the floor. Big mosquitos and flies were in the room and we needed to catch them with a towel that we couldn't use after that. It was very hot in the room, so we couldn't sleep all night long. They charged you like it is a hotel but they are kind of a low level guest house.

Just a 2-minute walk from Munich's Oktoberfest site and a 15-minute walk from the main railway station, this guest house enjoys a peaceful location and great public transport connections.

The room was very spacious and clean. Location is nice and peaceful with good transport links and lots of local eateries and shops (including Lidl). Access to property was easy and staff were helpful.
