My choice was based on cost and location of the Old Town, I wanted to be close to the beautiful beaches, but not in the centre of the Old Town. This location is perfect for a traveller wanting to feel part of the local community ( typical traditional cafes and shops are all on the door step). It's location is also about a 10 minute walk to the Tram station, which again for me was perfect as I intended ( and did ) make a number of day trips out, as far up the line as Denia, and down to Alicante. On my arrival I was given immediate access to the room. Lift and Wi-Fi both worked. Double glazed window was effective as was the aircon. TV, but only Spanish channels. Maid service was daily if required ( although they do encourage towels to be reused - which - I am in total agreeance with). Certain items are available to rent for a refundable 10 euro deposit ( kettle etc., which I was not made aware of on arrival. There is however a small notice in the lift which was in Spanish). Pedro spoke good enough English to communicate well..... It's in Spain - I should polish up on my Spanish! :-)

Absolutely loved the room and hotel, really quirky and unique. The bed and pillows I could have taken home with me. The location was a 2 minute walk to the beach and tram station.

Helpful friendly staff, lovely and clean. Loved you could use the kitchen and lounge area. Great tea, coffee facilities, microwave, toaster etc. Nice little balcony, a very comfortable stay. Would definitely return as location and cost are also excellent.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Even though we booked a studio, there was every facility accessible. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The room is large, comfortable and clean and includes a fridge also. The outdoor kitchen was available and super useful for making coffee and breakfast. There are a few nice seating areas around the super clean pool and beer/drinks are available for a very cheap price too. The host family are lovely - they checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the hill and a few restaurants nearby - we had a car but you could walk.
