Relaxing, clean, nicely decorated. Nice having a pool with sun beds. Off street parking a bonus. Blanca was the perfect host. Always help with the parking and constantly giving good local recommendations for places to eat & places to eat.

The host, Jon, is a great asset to this accommodation. He is very friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Jon volunteered information about places to eat and was willing to make bookings for us. The location is excellent and allow for easy walking to many of San Sebastiáns points of interest. Also many nice places nearby to get meals.

    Great location, very easy to get to from the bus station; 5-10 minute walk from the Kursaal/beach and 3 minutes from wide variety of bars and eating places. 1st floor room (with private bathroom) was clean, spacious and quiet and the pension itself was small, relaxed and easy-going. Simple check-in procedures using WhatsApp and the host is contactable if needed (we didn't). For a one-star pension, this is a very good choice.

    Great location, so close to the beach and the old town, while still being quiet. Comfortable bed, nice shower (nice to have a private bathroom which is not the case with all Pensions). Immaculately clean. Easy check-in and easy to store bags. Friendly host.

    Great location close to the surf-beach and many restaurants very close-by. Great for discovering Donostia on foot. Paulo and his wife are great hosts who could not be more helpful. Some of the tips Paulo gave us you cannot find in any tourist guide. Spotlessly clean.

    Roberto was a great host , he welcomed us at the apartment and explained everything to us. The apartment was immaculate ,plenty of space for a family of 7, it was in a great location to visit all of san Sebastien on foot. We had a great family stay here and would recommend the property to anyone visiting the area. Great to have a free secure parking space for the duration of our stay nearby.

    Great location; both beaches, old town and new city centre and train/bus station were reachable by foot within max 15 min. Host Pablo was lovely, he gave us a map of the city with suggestions of things to do and a list of his favourite bars and restaurants (including vegetarian options). Accomodation was quiet and very clean, and rooms pretty cool even on the hotter days.
