We were in room 1 The location was perfect. Steps off of Grand Via. Plenty of shops, bars, points of interest and restaurants near by. Check in and out was very easy and quick. Room is small but very well situated. Great bed, room is very clean, like new with small folding table, folding chairs, fridge, kettle, coffee cups, tea bags, sugar and spoons. Nice size shower and sheets and towels smelled very fresh and clean. Building is Equipped with small elevator. Charging ports on both sides of the bed. Ch Bueno is located on the 4th floor of the building. We felt Very secure and very safe even after dark. Metro station and train stood close by. Also very close to grocery stores.

Friendly staff, excellent location close to all tourist attractions. We had an internal room which was super quiet, we couldn’t hear anything happening outside. We were able to leave our luggages before check-in time and after checking out
