It was quick and easy to check-in on line. The room and building access code was excellent! It was nice that the owners left you to your own requirements! Good transport links very nearby! Good to have a fridge in a room. Excellent cleanliness.

Beautiful rooms. Spacious, modern, stylish, spotless, comfortable. Stayed on two different occasions in two different rooms and both were excellent. Even though it is in the heart of the old town, it was also quiet. The whole building was spotlessly clean. Can't recommend enough!

All good apart from the fact that AC was not working and it was a very hot day and there was no hot water. Apparently they were fixing the problem but it didn't work during our 1 night stay. Close to metro and easy to get to the center of Bilbao.

A life person at the reception, not one of those WhatsApp check-ins. Very helpful with info. Nice modern furniture and installations. Lounge corner in the lobby with microwave and kettle. A bit of an uphill walk from town but well worth the effort for the benefits.
