The amazing historic small town of Laon was a ten minute drive away with relatively easy free parking. The host Olivier was incredibly helpful, thoughtful and kind and has created a little oasis of peace and tranquility. There is an indoor pool and plenty of places to sit and relax in the grounds of the property. Our stay was just one night as we travelled through Europe back to the Channel Tunnel.
