Everything, Bernard and Ta are just amazing hosts. Bernard was full of ideas and knowledge of where to visit and recommended places to eat. The location was perfect, not far to drive if you want a city experience into Annecy or a relaxing time at the lake in Talloires (which has a good car park and bar restaurant). We are already planning our return visit to stay with Bernard and Ta at Les O d'Annecy

Easy place to stay en route to Les Trois Vallees. Very nice room, welcoming host, everything was easy. It is very much a 'home stay' experience - we were the only ones there and Phillipe waited on us himself at breakfast. It doesn't have the feel of a professional guest house.
