United KingdomOn arrival, and before dinner, the (fairly small) team of staff did everything they could to make us comfortable and iron out a couple of issues with rooms (the windows were stuck shut and it was a very hot day), and to accommodate us for dinner, including our dietary requirements. They were brilliant and friendly. The rooms are very nicely designed and furnished, beds very comfortable and all the details (tea, coffee, biscuits, toiletries, fans in room, bottled water, etc.) provided and thoughtfully done.

Accommodation clean and inviting, nice to be able to make a hot drink / toast in the morning ,outside area where I did have a cigarette but no ash tray so made sure I bagged the ends. Was ideal place for us for a one night stay before festival .

Great location, just over the road from a large and interesting lake with plenty of wildlife. Just a few minutes from Beaulieu, Bucklers Hard, Exbury Gardens and Brockenhurst. Very comfortable and has a lovely attached conservatory which is a sun trap. Hosts had supplied milk, eggs and bread, as well as tea and coffee.
