The facilities were amazing and the location was perfect, quiet and well away from the roads so no traffic. The property we stayed in was exceptional with a bath and shower in each room and the kitchen had every gadget you could think of needing.

Very accomodating considering we were late to check in due to ferry issues. The room was confortable and clean, with equipment to have a meal and a breakfast basket for the morning.

Such a warm friendly welcome, the chap gave lots of information and seemed to remember everyone's name which was a nice touch. Rose Villa was so clean and very quiet even though it was fully booked. Great location too. If I go back to Oban I'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

    The stay at the farm exceeded our expectations. We were just looking for a cheap B&B in the area, as it was too rainy all day for camping. I am very happy we stayed there. Lovely host and loved all about the stay. We had a typical breakfast experience and friendly host. This was an authentic B&B experience!

    The barn was quaint and cosy, clean and comfortable, great host who was very informative about the family croft and area, it was so peaceful and quiet, set in a glorious area, it was a bonus having a great restaurant on site open six night's a week serving delious food. An ideal base for seeing the area.

    Fantastic host who gave us great local knowledge and assisted in changing our plans due to cancellation of steam train caused by rail strike. Property was spotless and having a guest lounge was a real bonus. Great location in the countryside and very quiet. Would definitely stay again if in area.
