We had a lovely, comfortable room and were made to feel very welcome from start to finish. Breakfast was prepared and ready for our agreed time and was tasty. It was a 5 minute walk down to the local pub for tea and a great location for an overnight stay on our way further into Scotland.

Breakfast was as good and delicious as if cooked by TV Masterchef, lots of choice, on time and hot. Stupendous. Beautiful house, 100% comfort, peace , quiet, tranquillity. Lovely outside terraces and gardens. Hosts made me feel home away from home. Nothing was too much trouble. Near railway for trips to Edinburgh centre rather than drive. Easy parking

    A great welcome from my host, who was helpful and very friendly, nothing was a problem. Room was spacious with a very comfy bed. Food was very very good, along with a good selection of drinks and location of Inn was stunning with views towards the surrounding hills and across fields and a river that ran down beside the grounds. Definitely somewhere to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.

    Quiet, clean and comfortable hotel. A great location in the Scottish Borders. Easy to find and not far from Jedburgh, Melrose, Peebles and Galashiels. Lovely, helpful staff and a good breakfast! Good shower with great water pressure!

    The owner Sonny was very welcoming and helpful, and the house and garden is lovely. A few minutes walk into Selkirk, yet very quiet, made it a great location. Sonny directed us to a great walking area within 5 minutes walk, which was very picturesque. We did not have dinner, but it smelled delicious.
