Very good breakfast. Short walk to shops. Some access and parking quirks but no real problems. Very comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

Staff were really friendly and helpful when we arrived. Room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. 5 minute walk into Ambleside, so the location was great. We also managed to get one of the allocated parking spaces too, which was a bonus.

The hotel was clean and lovely decorated.It was only a minute walk to all the shops,and in a great location.The people who run this are very nice and helpful, would definitely stay here again.
