The staff at the Royal Oak were lovely, the pub food was very nice and reasonably priced. Good beer. THe room was small, but had the facilities we expected.

Good size room, had fridge, and power shower. Comfy mattress. Room was at the front, due to the heat had to keep the window open, and noise was not a problem. Breakfast was quite tasty. Good location for the Northern Line underground, many eating places nearby.

In the Walthamstow district of London, close to Tottenham Hale, East LDN Guest Rooms and Amenities has a garden and a washing machine.

Me and the lads came up for a one night stay for the Sunderland playoff final. We were over the moon with the room and the staff were unbelievable with us. I couldn’t recommend the place enough. The staff made sure we were happy and even stocked up the fridge for us getting back. This won’t be the last time we stay there HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We stayed in room 1 which is the first room on the ground floor. It was quite spacious and easy to check in, that is probably the only positive thing I have to say about the stay.
