Good location to get to Tottenham stadium via Weaver line. Clean room and bathroom. Comfy beds. It was the first time I stayed somewhere with a shared bathroom but it was fine - one bathroom was right across from our room, didn't have any queueing issues etc!

Our host was there to welcome us and make us a cup of coffee as our room wasn't quite ready. He was very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The place was spotless from the front gate onwards. The room had everything we needed and more. A bottle of wine awaited us in the mini fridge. The bed was super comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Room 5 was very quiet, being at the back. Highly recommended and would be happy to return.

Andy and his wife were very hospitable. The location was on the outskirts but walking distance to the tube. The Piccadilly line is a straight shot to and from LHR which was very convenient.

Convenient for Wembley and Alexandra Palace, Heatherbank Guest House offers a great value and high standards in North Finchley, 20 minutes from London's city center.

I've stayed at this companies other locations before. Very good company. The check-in instructions were very easy to understand and the room and bathroom was very clean. It's in a really convenient location with loads of stuff to do nearby. Blackhorse road station is like a 3-4 minute walk away and there's a bus stop literally 20 secs away. The staff are super helpful and try to make sure you have a pleasant experience. We had a situation in the house with other uncivilised guest and the guy who manages the property, i can't remember his name D, was so helpful in descalating the situation. Kitchen was very clean and i did use it for cooking. I forgot my pasta in the fridge. But i had a good 3 nights there.
