Particularly the female host on Saturday who welcomed us was super helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was great both days and the high tea that was included was a nice touch. The area was lovely and it was a short walk to the sister hotel to use the spa facilities. The hotel itself was very clean and quaint. Stayed in the Penthouse, top floor with a private outside terrace which is nearly as big as the room… great for the dog and if we had had better weather, for us too! Plenty of parking, Richard was on hand twice when we needed a hand… forgotten phone charger and then jump leads for the car!!!
