Location had great views. Up on the hill overlooking the town, so a steep walk. The owner/host was exceptionally helpful...super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable room with lovely outlook.

Very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped room. Although they no longer provide a full breakfast, there were plenty of breakfast supplies and other snacks in the room (and in the lobby), which was much appreciated. The location was great - on the waterfront a 5-10 minute walk from the town centre.

    Booked this guest house last minute on our spontaneous mini moon, beautiful guest house, so very clean… it was perfect! Could not fault it. Our host was friendly and lovely and that viewpoint just wow! If you want a quiet little place to stay not far from town then this is the place! Complimentary breakfast in our bedroom was a nice touch too. Thank you for having us.

    Perfect location for exploring Oban and a very charming stay. Very presentable guesthouse with pride put into the appearance. We had a very comfortable quiet nights stay in a lovely room with everything we needed. Only had twin rooms left when booking but we just moved these together so wasn't a problem.

    Great location. Room impeccably furnished to a boutique style standard. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee, added bonus of small fridge. Plenty of storage, ensuite was perfect. Room was exceptionally clean. Host was welcoming and gave advice on local attractions. Cannot fault Rose Villa

    Had such a great enjoyable and comfortable stay in Invercloy,, Fiona was such a great host and was very friendly relaxed and chatty, the room felt more like my own wee apartment than a room in a guest house and the inclusion of porridge pots, crisps and a cafeteria were all a nice touch an extra bonus, the bed was very comfortable and the view was breathtaking, getting up each morning and looking down and over Oban bay and the harbour was amazing

    A perfect stay, thank you. It is a beautiful wee apartment with everything you could possibly need. Great location near centre of town but quiet enough for a good night of sleep. A cosy place to spend time, wish we could have stayed for longer! Lyndsey was a great host, really thoughtful and responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again :-)
