We stayed just for one night during a short trip to Scotland (we attended the Enchanted forest event). The location is like a chateau from fairytale. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, room warm and the bathroom was equipped above common standards. The view we had during (super tasty) breakfast was breathtaking - sunrise above Pitlochry. We are definitely staying over again on our next journey in the area and we would not mind staying for multiple days.

The property was in a remote location out in the country. It was run by a couple and you could tell that it was their main endeavor. There was even a small bar room that you could purchase drinks from and a fridge in the dining area that you could also purchase snacks that could be microwaved. Great custom made breakfast

    A friendly bed and breakfast, conveniently located for day trips in different directions and with on site parking. The guest house has a traditional cottage feel about it and a quiet but welcoming air. The dining lounge adds a lot of charm to the property’s ambience.

    This is the second time we have stayed at Woodburn and love it. Beautifully kept, clean and well located and you get to see the red squirrels and pheasants everyday outside your window. The property is a short walk into the town but sits in a quiet part of the town with views of the forest in the distance. Lyn is a great host and we hope to return soon.
