The location for ferry to the isle of wight festival and the amazing big bed was wonderful. Accommodation clean and inviting, nice to be able to make a hot drink / toast in the morning ,outside area where I did have a cigarette but no ash tray so made sure I bagged the ends. Was ideal place for us for a one night stay before festival .

Beautifully clean and cared-for place. Appreciated the safe place to lock up the bikes in the courtyard. Great WiFi. Great location in Brockenhurst. It was very hot weather during our stay but the fan was very effective and we were comfortable.

On arrival, and before dinner, the (fairly small) team of staff did everything they could to make us comfortable and iron out a couple of issues with rooms (the windows were stuck shut and it was a very hot day), and to accommodate us for dinner, including our dietary requirements. They were brilliant and friendly. The rooms are very nicely designed and furnished, beds very comfortable and all the details (tea, coffee, biscuits, toiletries, fans in room, bottled water, etc.) provided and thoughtfully done.

We loved Little Robin Gate so much! Beautiful house, lovely room and garden view, free parking, some gorgeous little touches in the room such as a Good Luck banner and note from David ahead of my Daughter's competition. Plus Pumpkin, the main attraction of course. David is an exceptional host!

The property was very comfortable, the host Helen was friendly and very helpful and the choice of breakfast was very good. The location is good for access to a variety of activities. Wi-fi is easily accessible and necessary as the mobile signal can be weak in the area.
