The landlady is super friendly, kind, and accommodating. She also knows all about Poti so you can ask her what to see/how. The rooms are cozy and equipped with a heater as well as AC for full comfort! Note: booking happens here but you pay at the property (super neat).

A small room, furnished in what you might call an old-fashioned style. Still, it was quite cozy, clean, and tidy.

This happens to be our first visit to this region of Georgia, Ureki in particular. Our family (group of 4 adults and a child) stayed at the Apollo Cottages on Jun 8-14, in an apartment on the 2nd floor. It has a living room joint with kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one of which had a long balcony to enjoy the morning coffee) and a bathroom. The rooms are well separated, so we had a privacy all time long. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances (microwave, fridge, stove). There's plenty of space to dry your clothes, coming from the beach. The apartment had an AC (it's in the living room), a TV with internet connection, a washing machine and an iron. It felt like home, honestly. Everything is taken care of, just buy food prior coming there (the stores at that time were still in the process of opening) and you're good to go. Also, each apartment had their own patio table downstairs, so you could enjoy each meal outdoors. Not to mention the pool, that was always clean and open, which kids adored as well as parents. The Apollo Cottages are only 5-7 minutes away from the beach, but be prepared to walk through the country road. Ureki is a resort place and at the end of June it gets busy and crowded. But do not be afraid - as soon as you turn from the Main Street and get to this place - everything becomes quiet and cozy again. Tiana, the owner of this lovely place, is an exceptionally kind and beautiful soul, always stays in touch, always has a smile for everybody. I believe only because of her and her team this place stays clean and welcoming all season long. Thank you again for this lovely stay and memories!

I stayed in Roin Guesthouse for 9 nights because I needed some safe space to do my stuff, and it was a perfect place. It is located close to the road and to the bus stop if you need to get to Batumi or Poti. Also the sea is very close and the beach is almost empty. The accommodation is modest but I was ready for this - please read the description of the place before you make a reservation. The owners are very lovely and friendly family, we established a very good relationship. One more nice thing was that it was possible to stay with a dog. There also some pets at the property - cats, dogs, birds. So if you want to relax you can just sit on the terrace and observe the life. I also enjoyed the bakery in front of the property, if you need some food, you can always grab some local pastry there. We took a small room. It was really very small and austere. The advantage was that due to the bad weather the whole house was empty, so it was quiet. We could use the whole terrace to ourselves. The owner was very pleasant, helpful and attentive. I can't imagine staying here in the high season or for a longer period. We were only here for 1 night. Possibility to make tea and coffee in the shared kitchen on the ground floor.

I really liked the hotel, the owners are very kind and nice people. 🫰 everything is very clean (most important)...🤗 Everything is done conveniently, good location, quiet place, good view (of nature, not of the sea) good garden with an excellent canopy. I highly recommend it to everyone.🙌

Good view over the sea from the room with a shared balcony (but no other guests using it), location is perfect, just across the sea front. Room comfortable, quiet and clean. Possible to make its own breakfast. Accommodating host.
