Friendly hosts who stayed up late to check us in after our train arrived at midnight. The location is within walking distance of the main train station with plenty of food places nearby. There was also aircon which was a blessing in such hot weather.

We stayed here for our last day in Tbilisi. Really liked the cozy comfy vibes of the stay. The room was super clean. It had a little kitchen attached which was really convenient for us. The host Ketevan was extremely sweet and kind. I loved the location too. Quiet and residential and near to shops.

Everything is perfect, very clean. I don’t usually give such a high rating, but this hotel truly deserves it.

Everything exactly as in the photos. The interior is exceptional, the view from the balcony was stunning, especially at night. All facilities were functional and not shabby. There is everything that you might need. The property is very tidy, not smelly and in excellent care. It is not an apartment, just a room in a guesthouse with en-suite bathroom. Neighbours only on the top floor. There is access to a shared kitchen and common area with a grand piano. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful (they live at the property so asking them for help is easy).

Guys who run the property were very friendly and nice! I loved everything, easy access from the city center, a bus stop just in front of the property, cleanness, breakfast and friendly dogs and cats.
