Great location, really close to beach (3 minutes) and bus stop where buses to downtown go every hour. You can still walk to downtown along the beach, for 30 minutes, it is a pleasant one. A great selection of stray cats to pet on the patio. Kitchenette was handy to cook something simple, can use air conditioner or leave air pass through metal shutters which are common in Rethymno.

The property was very clean and well equipped. With the added bonus of a washing machine. It is very spacious and light. It is located within the grounds of the family home. It is a modern new apartment. All windows have mosquito netting and electric blinds. The kitchen stools have a fantastic view of the sea and olive grove within the grounds of the property. There is a lovely seating area outside to relax. It had shaded parking for our rental car. It has an electric gate to enter/exit the property. It is perfectly located in a very quiet and peaceful area, but about 5mins away by car from shops, restaurants and amenities. Stavi is a a wonderful, helpful and very friendly host.

Spotlessly clean, great kitchen with all of the things to cook a nice meal. Good coffee filter machine, also greek pot for making traditional Greek coffee. Very spacious ground floor two bedroom with a big good quality sofa bed in the living/dining room. Smart tv for YouTube and Netflix etc. Amazing swimming pool with lovely spacious surrounding garden. Location is a bit inland. 40 minutes to the airport. The town is small and cute. A few restaurants and 2 small supermarkets. There is a restaurant under the flat and an Anticristo opposite. Good parking. Beds are very comfortable and the room is spacious with a nice terrace. Brand new feel though slightly unfinished. Excellent bathroom and water pressure.
