Plenty of sun and great sunny balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher (no oven). All nice and clean. We've been there in September for 5 days, it was nice and quiet.
Host was very nice and helpful.
Novalja promenade is 5min walk from the apartment, 2 grocery shops-3min walking. Novalja is in the middle of the island Pag so great place to stay to explore around. Parking space is in front of the aparent.

The beach can be reached in 2min, and you have it almost to yourself except for a few friendly locals. The apartment is so modern and has everything you could need (facilities and utensils). The best equipped in the whole of our Croatia trip. The balcony was a sun trap but with enough shade to sit and relax.
