This was other second stay with the family and we were happy to see the room improvements they've made. Staying here feels like being home, the food mama jero cooks is delicious and papa jero's tips for exploring the surrondings are always useful. Great view of the lakes beneath. TIP: If you want to hike the jungle walk and avoid paying for the entry I recommend starting 300m before the main point, on the corner close to the school - See the attached pic. Right next to the entrance to Hidden waterfall (the better one)(next to Sekumpul waterfall).It's a must see. It is AMAZING seriously. Though it is a long walk to waterfall it's worth it. Comfortable bed and shower. Good price. Awesome view out the back of room.

We stayed at Mesari cottages for two weeks and booked 3 rooms. It's family owned accommodation, so they looked after us every day. What we really enjoyed is the local family atmosphere, from breakfast to cleaning, driving to the beautiful places around Buleleng and mount batur. We got to know everyone in the family and became friends. What a lovely stay and lovely people. A memorable experience. This area is very beautiful and the beach resort in Lovina was out beach escape. Many waterfalls and interesting places to visit. Thank you Bude, Eka and family. We will go back. 🙏 Hi

Natural nice quiet homestay. The owner is very nice. Very helpful and also we can recommend to male a waterfall tour with him. He showed us the different fruits and it was a pleasure.

A beautiful remote location set amongst the rice fields and mountains of the North of the Island with nearby villages providing restaurant and supplies if needed. Consisting of only 4 units of accommodation, the room was spacious with amazing views across the sweeping countryside which made it a very relaxing romantic setting. The staff were fantastic, very accommodating and provided breakfast daily with option evening dinner also. We loved this accommodation and it exceeded expectations.

First visit 10 years ago,this was even better. Beautiful small resort with 5 villas,very comfortable room with great bathroom and ac. Great pool and restaurant, beautiful gardens. Steps away from ocean,everything perfect. Boat ride from front steps for sunrise swim with the dolphins.
