I had a very early flight at 6am, and I was afraid there would be no taxis/grab cars at that hour from the city centre. This hotel is literally walking distance to the airport, although if you have luggage, walking is not fun for 20 minutes or so. The hotel, however, arranged me a very reasonably priced transport (motorbike only) to the airport at 4am, which was excellent. The staff members are very nice - but again, what would expect, you're in Indonesia! :) The hotel has a very nice inner courtyard. There are some restaurants and eateries in the street, which I did not use, but they are there for you.

Helpful, courteous, friendly and efficient staff. The best hotel I stayed in during an entire month travelling the length and breadth of Sumatra. Really first class.
