This is a great hotel. The one glitch for me is that they just can't provide late evening snacks, like pre-prepared sandwiches, etc, if a guest hasn't had an opportunity to eat earlier. And there's no possibility of it. Might be an idea for them, and it would justify their rares.

Nice cozy place to stay. The shared kitchen was well stocked and clean. We liked the sitting area and the conservatory. Well laid out. The room was small but comfortable. The house is located a bit away from the centre but the bus stop is close by and convenient. Access to keys was well explained by the host. Good place for young people.

Convenient location for visiting Cork & surrounding areas. Walking distance to pub & cafes. We had a blocked shower drain in our room & with prompt communication to the host, she offered to upgrade us to a larger room, as she couldn’t get a plumber in until the following day. It was greatly appreciated.

The hotel is very charming, in an old building with a waterfall in the yard. Shops, clubs, pubs and restaurants are nearby, the city centre is 5 min by walk. Aircoach to Dublin in the same street. Breakfast was very good and not expensive. Wlan worked very well, the beds were comfortable. I got a quiet room on request in the 3rd floor (well isolated window). I would definitely stay here again!
