Excellent stay we arrived very late after driving there and Heading to a concert. The owner was lovely at helping us check in when we needed to and had the room all lovely for us arriving with lights and all on felt very cosy. I noticed all the small touches added to the rooms the bottled water and even down to cotton pads in the bathroom which we really needed to get all of our concert make up off. Over all host is lovely and guesthouse is homely and very clean.

I had a lovely stay here. The room and bathroom were both very clean, and although the room was small, it was perfect for one person. The location is great too - there are shops and bus stops nearby, which made getting around very easy. There’s no reception, but they send you a code for the front door and your room, which I actually liked, it felt very convenient.

Beautiful Victorian building with cosy sitting room downstairs. The breakfast room in the conservatory is light and the breakfast itself is very good, with plenty of choice for everybody. The room was large and comfortable, very good bed and bathroom with shower/bath. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal if you like a quiet neighbourhood, but still very close to the city center with a train stop only a few minutes away.
