Rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a community "green room" (full of plants) to eat or relax; the rooftop is relaxing, and the location is relatively quiet. Above all, Max is a great host, making sure that his guests get the most out of their stay in Agra. You can choose from a range of rooms (the most basic ones worked great for us!), and the top-floor rooms have been very recently developed. The room with balcony was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, with a super comfy bed. The common area was also very nice. Max provides meals on request and we had the most delicious dinner while in there. Max is a great host, very easy to contact, and helpful.
