The hosts are what really distinguishes the place. We had supper with them in the villa's very fine dining room and they are an extremely interesting and charming couple. In terms of value for money, I doubt you can find something better. The room and the bathroom were clean and had everything we needed. He could even walk with us around the neighborhood. We had great conversations about many subjects, getting to understand better this country. The location is right at the old town, an 20min walk to the fort, close to many local markets. The guesthouse is quiet, like a refugee. Manesha and her husband were wonderful hosts, the guesthouse was charming with a lovely roof terrace that was full of beautiful plants and comfortable seating in shady areas.
