Good location at a good price, easy to walk to temples all around, but still in the quiet scenic countryside. Rooms are large, and there's also a kitchen available. I can certainly recommend it.

Great location. Bed sheets were actually clean, this is rare for India. Not a 10/10 clean, but by india standards it is good and quality exceed the price at $10 a night.
