Peaceful and quiet location. The rooms were the cleanest accommodations we had during a month long trip to Ladakh and Zanskar. The host was warm and welcoming. The food they served was fantastic. I highly recommended De Khama guesthouse. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Owner and his family was very warm and made my family very comfortable. As from Mumbai, We wanted homely feeling so it was great to be with them for 2 nights. Food was good. Little ladakhi taste.

Hunder Heaven is a tiny place located between mountains and trees. They do not have many rooms, just a handful and thus easier to maintain. We were there from one evening until breakfast the next day, so cannot say much. The food was basic, homely and pretty much what you would expect from your mother, in short, it was a very pleasant stay. The owner was very open with us, he messaged us to say that Hunder does not have power at night. But it did not matter since we had power until we went to sleep, so not an issue. The view was lovely and the stream of water running through the place was an added premium.
