Very comfy bed, beautiful views, nice kitchen and bathroom and very, very quiet. A real Icelandic experience which I am so happy to have experienced. The host was very welcoming and friendly and told me a lot about sheep farming in Iceland. Just be prepared for a fairly long gravel road. Host Eva is very kind, she generously shared some cooking oil with us for our dinner. The location of this guesthouse is perfect for road trip on route 711. The house is very tidy and it is a quiet, cosy and light pollution free place to stay. We got a room with nice fjord view (no luck with aurora though, maybe next time :D)Guest review byPHYoung couple

The location is easy to find, quiet, and private. We loved that there were utensils available and a coffee machine with reusable ceramic cups. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was extremely spacious with towels included. Our host provided us a very nice modern kitchen with everything needed and there is a lot of space to sit and eat. The guesthouse had 7 rooms and 2 bathrooms which was convenient. The host was very welcoming and showed us around his house. There is a big and well equipped kitchen which we could use and a living room/play area for kids. The place was very quiet and clean. We really like this gesthause, for its originality and wonderful host. The guesthouse is at the end of the fjord with a wonderful view. A real Icelandic climate in the middle of the nature and sheep.
