The location is amazing out in the peaceful country side but close to a lot of day trip potentials including Selfoss, Reykjavik, lava tunnels and more. The use of the beautiful kitchen is a bonus to save from eating out all the time. The garden/courtyard and hot tub/cold plunge areas are soothing after a long day of activities. This would be an amazing place to hold a retreat or group. When I checked in the Icelandic Roots database I’m related to Magnea, but she and Greg treated me like family before knowing that. Love this place!

Very clean, and very clean bathroom. It could be a bit cheaper based on location and the fact that you’re not alone in the house. We were in the biggest room with everything included of course. But the highlight was how clean it was and modern.
