The owner is just amazing! So much hospitality, advices and help. We felt like home. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable. Everything we asked for was immediately solved, additional glasses, wine opener etc. The beach is 5-10min walk, the shops, restaurant is near. The parking is always available in front of the property. Nice breakfast. Thank you so much for your attention for details and kind attitude. I recommend this place for 100%!

Modern, fresh rooms with tasteful decor, a desk, TV, wardrobe, and space for luggage. The fridge was handy for cooling drinks, and the in-room coffee machine with free coffee was a nice touch. Free parking is a plus, and the hotel is close to some nice restaurants on the quieter side of Arbatax. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well, and towels were changed once during our 4-night stay.

Wow - the real surprise on the trip "Tortoli" and "IKNOS" , the accommodation was superb, and the restaurant downstairs, meals were very very good.
